• Marketing & Advertising: We use Google Ads to help more families find us. This means we may use cookies to show you relevant information about Ella Rises as you browse other sites.

 

3. STRICT Donor & SMS Privacy (No Selling of Data)

 

We treat your contact information with the highest confidentiality.

• We never sell or trade your data: We do not sell, rent, or exchange our donor or participant lists with other organizations.

• SMS/Text Messaging: If you provide your mobile number, we use it only to send you updates you have requested (like event reminders). We will never share your mobile number with third parties or affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.

 

4. Children’s Privacy (Ages 13 and Under)

Ella Rises is proud to serve young women ages 11–18. We take the protection of our younger participants very seriously.

 

• Parental Consent: We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without prior parental consent.

• Program Registration: For participants under 13, registration forms must be completed by a parent or guardian. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without parental verification, we will delete that information immediately.

• No Targeted Ads to Minors: We do not direct interest-based advertising or remarketing specifically toward children under 13.

 

5. Google Ads & Third-Party Cookies

 

To help us reach our community, we work with third-party vendors, including Google.

• Remarketing: Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your past visits to our website. This allows us to reconnect with people who have shown interest in our mission.
